What Is Covered by the Warranty?
COOLGEEK products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, as long as the product is used according to the product instructions.
If a valid warranty claim is confirmed, we may repair the product, replace it with an equivalent product, or offer another suitable solution at our discretion.
What Is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by:
Accidents, misuse, abuse, or mishandling
Improper use, storage, installation, or maintenance
Failure to follow the product instructions
Unauthorized repair, modification, disassembly, or troubleshooting
Power surges, incorrect power supply, or voltage issues
Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic damage that does not affect product function
Consumable parts or accessories, unless they are defective upon arrival
Damage caused by shipping, customs handling, or third-party logistics after delivery
Any unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly may void the warranty.
How Long Is the Warranty Period?
The warranty period is 1 year from the date your order is delivered.
If your product is repaired or replaced under warranty, the original warranty period will continue to apply. The warranty period does not restart after a repair or replacement.
How Do I Make a Warranty Claim?
To start a warranty claim, please contact us at support@coolgeekaudio.com.
Please include the following information:
Your order number or proof of purchase
A brief description of the issue
Photos or video showing the problem
The serial number, located at the base of the product, if applicable
Our team may ask for additional information to help confirm the issue.
What Happens After I Submit a Claim?
Once we receive your warranty request, we’ll review the information you provide.
If the issue is confirmed to be covered by the warranty, we’ll help arrange a suitable solution, which may include repair, replacement, replacement parts, or another reasonable remedy.
Please do not send any product back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Do I Need to Pay for Shipping?
For confirmed warranty issues, we’ll provide further instructions based on your location and the nature of the issue.
In some cases, customers may be responsible for shipping costs, customs charges, or related fees, unless the issue is caused by our error or confirmed as a covered defect.
Products Purchased from Other Retailers
This warranty applies to products purchased from the official COOLGEEK website.
If you purchased your product from Amazon, another marketplace, or a third-party retailer, please contact the original seller directly for warranty or after-sales support.
